How a Virtual Assistant Agency Turned a 41-Page Site Into 18.7K Google Impressions
Meet My Assistant is a US-managed virtual assistant agency based in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Their buyers are business owners and executives who search for help in plain terms: "virtual assistant in New York," "virtual executive assistant," "legal virtual assistant."
From July 30 to October 29, 2026, meetmyassistant.com earned 18.7K Google Search impressions and 197 clicks across 39 URLs (Google Search Console).
The Challenge: A National Category, a Small Site
Virtual assistant searches are dominated by marketplaces and large offshore staffing firms with thousands of pages. Meet My Assistant needed to:
- Show up by city for owners who want an assistant who knows their market and time zone.
- Show up by role, because hiring an executive assistant and hiring a legal assistant are different searches.
- Stay small and fast instead of publishing hundreds of thin pages.
What We Did
Built city landing pages. City pages such as New York and Miami each explain the service for that market.
Added role pages. We launched a legal virtual assistant page (October 14, 2026) and a virtual executive assistant page (October 26, 2026). These describe what each assistant does day to day.
Kept the Google Business Profile active. We publish weekly posts to the profile, which shows 4.9★ from 51 Google reviews (October 30, 2026).
Polished the site. We updated the site's typography in October 2026 and keep the sitemap lean, at 41 URLs on October 26, 2026.
Results (Jul 30 – Oct 29, 2026)
| Metric | Result | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search impressions | 18.7K | Google Search Console |
| Google Search clicks | 197 | Google Search Console |
| URLs that earned impressions | 39 | Google Search Console |
| New York city page impressions | 3,317 | Google Search Console |
| Google rating | 4.9★ from 51 Google reviews (Oct 30, 2026) | Google Business Profile |
The New York page drew more impressions than the homepage (3,317 vs 2,455). That's the city-page approach working on a small site. The role pages launched near the end of this period, so they barely show in these numbers yet. Review counts reflect the business's own client service.
What's Next
- Role pages: watching how the legal and executive assistant pages perform in the next Search Console window.
- City pages: turning more of the New York page's impressions into clicks with sharper titles and answers.
- Lead tracking: confirming the site's GA4 setup so future updates can report inquiries, not just search data.
