How a South Florida Restoration Company Earned 250,000+ Google Impressions in 3 Months

Total Care Restoration handles water, fire and mold restoration across South Florida from Doral. People who need them are usually mid-emergency: a ceiling stain, a smoke-damaged kitchen, a musty smell behind a wall. They search first, and they call whoever answers the question.

Between July 30 and October 29, 2026, totalcarerestoration.com earned 606 clicks and 254K impressions from Google Search, across 552 URLs that showed up in results (Google Search Console).

The Challenge: Emergency Searches, Crowded Results

Restoration is a crowded local category in Miami-Dade and Broward:

  • Three services, three markets: water, fire and mold each have their own searches, buyers and urgency.
  • Questions come before calls: many searchers aren't ready to book. They want to know whether wood can be saved or what mold removal costs in Florida.
  • Mixed business details: older pages, posts and profiles carried more than one phone number, which confuses customers and search engines alike.

A brochure site with a single "Services" page can't answer those questions, so it can't show up for them.

What We Did

Built service hubs for each line of work. Water, fire, mold and commercial emergency restoration each have a hub page. In October 2026 we refreshed the fire-damage hub and added a commercial emergency restoration page.

Published answer-first guides. Each guide answers one real question, such as "Can fire-damaged wood be repaired or does it need replacing?" or "What does mold remediation cost in Florida?", and links to the matching service page. We refresh older guides too. The moisture-meter guide was updated on October 20, 2026.

Tracked what visitors do. Google Analytics 4 records form leads and phone-link taps, so we can see which pages lead to contact, not just which pages get traffic.

Cleaned up business details. The site now shows exactly one phone number, (305) 428-2192 (October 20, 2026). We also removed duplicate Google Business Profiles that carried old details (October 21, 2026), and we keep the real profile active with regular posts.

Results

Metric Result Source
Google Search clicks 606 (Jul 30–Oct 29, 2026) Google Search Console
Google Search impressions 254K (Jul 30–Oct 29, 2026) Google Search Console
URLs that earned impressions 552 (Jul 30–Oct 29, 2026) Google Search Console
Lead form events 50 generate_lead events (45 users), Jul 30–Oct 29, 2026 GA4
Phone-link taps 29 phone_click events (25 users), Jul 30–Oct 29, 2026 GA4
Google rating 4.9★ from 283 Google reviews (Oct 30, 2026) Google Business Profile

Two guides stood out from July 30 to October 29, 2026:

  • Fire-damaged wood, repair or replace: 51 clicks and 1,934 impressions
  • Mold remediation cost in Florida: 44 clicks and 16,635 impressions

GA4 counts are tracked website events, not booked jobs. Review counts reflect the business's own customer service. We show them as Google reviews, not as reviews we earned.

What's Next

  • Phone tracking: checking that every call button on the site is tracked, so phone taps are counted as fully as form leads.
  • Guide refreshes: keeping high-impression guides like the mold-cost guide current with Florida-specific detail.
  • Profile consistency: carrying the single phone number through every directory listing and social post.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do blog guides help a restoration website?

Guides reach people who are still diagnosing the problem, such as whether fire-damaged wood can be saved. Total Care Restoration's guide on that question earned 51 Google clicks from Jul 30 to Oct 29, 2026 (Google Search Console). Each guide links to the matching service page and the contact page.

How do you measure leads from a restoration website?

We track website events in Google Analytics 4. From Jul 30 to Oct 29, 2026, Total Care Restoration's site logged 50 generate_lead events (45 users) and 29 phone_click events (25 users). These are tracked website events, not a count of booked jobs.

Why does having one phone number matter for local SEO?

Google and customers both look for consistent business details. In October 2026 we cleaned Total Care Restoration's site so it shows one phone number, (305) 428-2192, and removed duplicate Google Business Profiles that showed old details.
