How a Coral Gables Property Manager Earned 392 Google Clicks in 3 Months

Incubate Property Management is an accounting-led property manager in Coral Gables, serving rental owners, HOAs and condo associations across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Their best prospects are owners and board members who want to know the rules before they hand a property over.

From July 30 to October 29, 2026, incubatepm.com earned 392 clicks and 68.6K impressions from Google Search across 101 URLs (Google Search Console). The business holds 5.0★ from 140 Google reviews (October 30, 2026).

The Challenge: Owners Research Before They Hire

Property management is a trust purchase. Owners compare managers carefully, and most start with questions, not a vendor search:

  • Legal questions first: how long an eviction takes in Florida, when a guest becomes a tenant, what the rules are for emotional support animals.
  • Local rules matter: Coral Gables has its own historic district, architectural review and rental requirements.
  • Big competitors: national management brands and listing sites take up much of the page-one space.

What We Did

Published landlord guides. The blog answers the questions Florida owners actually search: emotional support animal rules for rentals, when a guest becomes a tenant, the Florida eviction timeline, rent increase laws and the tax side of moving a property into an LLC. Each guide links to the services that solve the problem.

Strengthened service-area pages. In October 2026 we refreshed the Coral Gables property management page with an owner checklist and an FAQ covering local requirements.

Kept the details accurate. We fixed the homepage to a single main heading and dated an older rent-law line (October 18, 2026), and added the business's Google rating to the site's structured data (October 20, 2026).

Kept the Google Business Profile active with regular updates managed alongside the site.

Results (Jul 30 – Oct 29, 2026)

Metric Result Source
Google Search clicks 392 Google Search Console
Google Search impressions 68.6K Google Search Console
URLs that earned impressions 101 Google Search Console
Google rating 5.0★ from 140 Google reviews (Oct 30, 2026) Google Business Profile

Review counts reflect the business's own client service. We show them as Google reviews, not as reviews we earned.

What's Next

  • More service-area pages: bringing the Coral Gables owner checklist approach to other South Florida cities Incubate serves.
  • Guide refreshes: keeping legal guides current as Florida rules change.
  • Lead tracking: connecting GA4 so future updates can report owner inquiries, not just search data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does content marketing work for a property management company?

Owners and landlords search for answers before they hire a manager: eviction timelines, tenant rules, rent increases. From Jul 30 to Oct 29, 2026, Incubate Property Management's site earned 392 Google clicks and 68.6K impressions across 101 URLs (Google Search Console). The landlord guides drew about a quarter of those clicks; most of the rest came through the homepage.

What should a property management service-area page include?

Local detail an owner can act on. Incubate's Coral Gables page includes an owner checklist covering the historic district, Board of Architects review and city rental and business-tax requirements, plus an FAQ.
